Body image issues aren’t good for you, mentally or physically. I hope through these twenty-five days you’ve discovered some of why you struggle. Though the audio quality isn’t awesome, my prayer is that these twenty-five days of content have kick-started your body image freedom journey. Keep listening to the Compared to Who? podcast (with much better audio than you had in this series) for tips and encouragement on how to find body image freedom.
In today’s episode, Day 25 of the Spring Break Free, I give you 3 Lessons in Body Image Freedom that you can carry with you…forever. I hope these three lessons will encourage you on a new path.
If you need more help – then try completing all 25 days of the Spring Break Free: Body Image Freedom Course! (I hope, if you cheated and watched this one first, I still love you. Just go back and catch up on what you missed when you have some extra time.)
Today I really hope you’ll catch the truth of what FREEDOM truly looks like. Catch up on any episodes or questions you missed.

Here are some questions to consider as we close this month together.
- What tools can you use to answer back those voices of negative body image? If you need more resources or help, consider personal training where we work on this, specifically in one of the units. Freedom means knowing how to fight and win, it doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll never be tempted to feel bad again.
- How can you practice kindness with your body? How have you been cruel to your body in the past? What would it look like to have a healthy relationship with your body and the way God made you? (Again, if you need more help or feel stuck, consider body image coaching.)
- Where is your focus? If you find yourself slipping into a spiral of negative body image again – stop and ask yourself what you’re focusing on
Need more help? Here are some resources.
First: Read Compared to Who? and the Burden of Better. If you haven’t done this yet, I can think of no better or easier place to start. There’s a lot in the book that’s not in the Spring Break Free Series.
Second: Consider Coaching. You can find out more about that here.
