I’m so excited to share with you a conversation with my intern– Amber–who bravely shares her story of struggling with disordered eating and body image issues in high school. Amber’s graduating this month from college and has learned a lot about her struggle and the way her peers in their teens and twenties are wrestling body image, comparison, and insecurity in the age of non-stop selfies and perfect social media pictures! If you ARE a teen or twenty something or have a daughter, niece, or granddaughter in this age range– this episode is one you’ll want to listen to and share!

Plus: Starting this week, Comparedtowho.me will have NEW RESOURCES for teen and twenty-something women written by Amber and a developing team of younger writers. Their fresh perspective on these issues will resonate with the under 25 crowd! I hope you’ll check it out !
