This episode was originally called “How to Stop Troubleshooting Your Life” but it seems not many of you listened to it…so I’ve included it in the Summer RePlay series so you can catch it now if you missed it back in Season 2! In this episode we talk about all the different ways we see our body and our lives as projects that require constant improvement. If you’re like me, you may have spent your fair share of time on the self-improvement treadmill–always analyzing the ways that you could improve yourself of anything within your sphere of control. But when we live with this “troubleshooting” mentality, it really prevents us from ever being able to rest in God’s grace. In other words – when we are in constant “improvement project” mode, we can never just “be.” I hope today’s episode will encourage you!
