I have always loved to sing praise and worship music! It’s amazing how fast I can flip the negative script in my mind when I turn Jesus on LOUD in my ears and go for a long run!! So many times, the Lord has met me on my runs through praise and worship!! Makes me think of the scripture in Isaiah 44!
